Adam enjoys a diverse practice that allows him to provide overall counsel to investors, lenders, contractors, subcontractors and landlords in the Middle Tennessee area. His practice is focused on construction law, land use, zoning, commercial and residential planning and development, as well as general litigation matters. Prior to receiving his law degree, Adam held a real estate license, was employed as a mortgage originator and worked for one of the largest title and escrow companies in Tennessee. His unique experience allows him to assist his clients with planning strategies that maximize their benefit while maintaining compliance.

Prior to co-founding SoBro Law Group, Adam worked as an attorney at Rudy, Wood & Winstead, PLLC. He also has over fifteen years of experience in the Real Estate Title and Closing business, and is the co-owner of Commerce Title & Escrow, our in-house full service title company. He is a third generation Nashvillian and is married to fellow Member, Amy Wood.
